Sergio RAZETO
Sergio Razeto is President of Isotta Fraschini Motori S.p.A., a Fincantieri-owned company developing engines for marine, industrial, and rail traction applications. He is a member of Lloyds Register of Shipping technical committee, and the president of Trieste Consorzio Energia for Confindustria Venezia Giulia. He worked in various capacities for Fincantieri, until he was appointed Vice President (1997) and then President and Board Director (2003) of Wärtsilä Italia S.p.A. He has served as Vice President of Wärtsilä Industrial Operation.
Tiit RISALO
Tiit Risalo is the former Minister of Economic Affairs and Information Techonology of Estonia. He served as Ambassador-at-large for Trusted Connectivity at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and former head of the Office of the President, Kersti Kaljulaid. Riisalo also served as CEO of the Estonian Centre for International Development (ESTDEV) between 2023 and 2024. In 2025 Riisalo joined Ukraine's State Agency for Reconstruction and Development of Infrastructure as a member of its expert advisory board.
Carlos ROA
Carlos Roa is an Associate Washington Fellow at the Institute for Peace & Diplomacy. He is also a Visiting Fellow at the Danube Institute and a Contributing Editor at The National Interest. Roa was formerly the Executive Editor of the publication. Previously, he was the associate editor for Horizons: Journal of International Relations and Sustainable Development. His research focuses primarily on geoeconomics, history, and the effects of technology on institutions and societal development.
Emanuele ROSSI
Emanuele Rossi is an international affairs analyst, specializing in the Indo-Mediterranean region. He investigates the global interconnections of the Enlarged Mediterranean area, with specific focus on the Indo-Pacific. He writes for Formiche.net, Fondazione Med-Or, and Times of Israel.
