Sławomir DĘBSKI

Dr Sławomir Dębski is a foreign policy expert and strategist. Since 2019, Dębski has been serving on the Transatlantic Task Force of the German Marshall Fund and the Bundeskanzler-Helmut-Schmidt-Stiftung (BKHS). He served as director of the Polish Institute of International Affairs (2007 – 2010, 2016 – 2021, and 2021 – 2024) and as director of the Centre of Polish-Russian Dialogue and Understanding (2011 – 2016). He was previously head of the PISM Research Office (2002 – 2007). Dębski is a published author and recipient of numerous accolades; he was the Editor-in-Chief of "Polski Przegląd Dyplomatyczny" [Polish Diplomatic Review] and the Russian Language Quarterly "Europe"

Vincenzo DE LUCA

Vincenzo De Luca is the fomer Italian Ambassador to India and Nepal (2019-2024). He held various positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and in diplomatic missions in Khartoum, Tunis, Paris (where he took up duties as Permanent Representative to the OECD) and Shanghai. He has a distinguished career spanning both the public and private sectors, with a deep focus on the internationalization of the global economic system. His professional journey includes serving in central offices, acting as a Diplomatic Advisor to the Ministries of Industry, Transport and Economic Development, and working in large companies, where he served as Vice President for International Institutional Relations. De Luca is currently “of counsel” at the Italian law firm “Gianni & Origoni” for the internationalisation of Italian companies.

Isabella DE MONTE

Isabella De Monte is an Italian MP belonging to the Forza Italia political party, former Senator of the Italian Republic (2013-2014), and former member of the Transport and Tourism Committee of the European Parliament (2014- 2019). During her MEP mandate she served as substitute member of the European Parliament's Committee on Industry, Research and Energy, and of the EU-Montenegro Stabilisation and Association Committee (SAPC)

Marco DREOSTO

Marco Dreosto is an Italian politician. On 13th October 2022 he began serving as Senator of the Italian Republic (Party: Lega Salvini Premier). He is Secretary General of the Lega Salvini Premier party for the party Lega Salvini Premier. From 2019 to 2022 he served as Member of the European Parliament within the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety Committee (ENVI), the Industry, Research and Energy Committee (ITRE), as well as the EU-Montenegro and EU-Serbia Stabilisation and Association Committees (SAPCs).
